The following projects are some examples of Gleason & Associates' new commercial developments and some major renovations that have transformed outdated buildings into modern facilities.
   
DOWNTOWNER CORPORATE CENTER
Gleason & Associates was hired by Inchcape Shipping Services to not only find a new location, but design and construct a new building to accommodate their 250 employees. They worked with Inchcape to meet their specific needs, such as designing a building that kept the company on one floor versus the eight they occupied before, and installing state-of-the-art energy management systems, decorative streetlights and landscaping. The eventual finished project, a 55,000 square foot complex on Downtowner and Michael Boulevard, was completed in record time, only five months from the purchase of the property. Photos
   
HERON POINT
Heron Point is another example of working with a client from start to finish. This exclusive gated-community in Gulf Shores , Alabama was a joint venture between Gleason & Associates and the owner of the property on Little Lagoon. Gleason was responsible for not only developing the community of 20 single family homes with a tropically landscaped clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts, but also selling the lots. Photos
   
PARAMOUNT CENTER
At the time Gleason & Associates acquired the 40,000 square foot office building on Montlimar Drive, it was owned by an insurance company. Since acquiring this property, Gleason & Associates has made necessary improvements to the facility, put new tenants in place like Verizon, AIG and the offices of Congressman Jo Bonner, and has achieved 100% occupancy. In addition, they have reduced operating expenses by 25%. Photos
   
  WORLD OMNI CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER
Gleason & Associates developed one of the most sophisticated computer/phone operating systems in the Southeast when they designed the World Omni Customer Service Center, a 70,000 square foot telecommunications center in Mobile, Alabama which employs 300 people. The Center was built specifically for World Omni Financial, the financing wing for Southeast Toyota which handles all financing needs for 120 dealers, collects payments on approximately 250,000 cars per month, and manages lease payments on an additional 100,000 cars each month.
   
 

WESTGATE CENTER
Located in Mobile, at Highway 90 and Demetropolis Road, the Westgate Center was a vacant, horribly run-down facility before Gleason & Associates purchased it and began a total renovation into a 120,000 square foot Office Service Center. It was stripped down to the concrete and bricks, and a new exterior façade was constructed in addition to a new parking lot and lighting, new landscaping, new electrical, H.V.A.C. and plumbing.

The building¹s current tenants include: the Sears Teleservice Center with 450 employees, the American Red Cross, and the State of Alabama Public Safety, Drivers License Division.
